Falection delivers packages all over the world (exclude China,
India, Israel, Japan) via Epacket (USPS), EMS, DHL. All orders are
processed and shipped within 1-2 working day, orders on Fri. will be
processed and shipped after Mon. and orders on vacation will be shipped
in 2-3 days after vacation. However, during sale seasons orders might
suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled
out. Falection will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment
caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other
circumstances beyond the control of Falection. Once orders are sent a
change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure
to fill out a correct address when checking out.
if you want fast delivery, select Expedited Int'l Shipping. It usually takes 4~7 business days after shipment.
We are not responsible if any taxes or customs duties, VAT occurred
at you ends. These duties are buyer's responsiblilty and please contact
your custom house prior to purchase what your addtional cost will be.

If your package is returned to me marked as "refused" "unclaimed" or
"undeliverable" and you would like to ship it again, you will be
charged the applicable shipping fee.

At delivery time, customer are kindly invited to carefully inspect
the parcel before signing and confirming the completed delivery of the
same. Falection carefully seals Packages with a customized adhesive tape
(Gray and Transparent). In case the customer receives a package that
has been opened by Customs or by the Carrier for authorized inspections,
the package will be closed with a guarantee seal by the specific body.
If the package appears damaged, or the adhesive tape not intact,
customer is kindly invited to sign the delivery of the parcel with the
note “Received unchecked”, or to refuse the delivery of the package. In
case the package will not result untouched, customers is kindly invited
to open a claim with the local post office and promptly contact

intact, and the customer signs the delivery without the note “Received
unchecked”, delivery will be deemed automatically accepted and
consequently Falection will not accept any related claim.
